Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our U.S. Talent Acquisition team. Based in our Mexico City office, this role is critical in ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
- Highly organized, with a proven personal system (or ability to build one) to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to support a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment while maintaining consistency and precision.
- Shows a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to contribute beyond administrative execution.
- Demonstrates a proactive mindset, taking initiative to identify priorities, raise capacity when available, and offer support to the wider team.
- Strong work ethic, with a motivated and dependable approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs.
- Takes full ownership and accountability for delivering tasks through to completion.
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identifies issues and drives solutions to improve processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Maintains accurate and real-time updates across systems, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and shifting priorities.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, operations, or a similar role.
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced teams is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience within construction, engineering, or professional services environments is advantageous, but not required.
- Proven track record of maintaining organized systems, accurate data, and structured workflows.
