You will be joining our talented Operations Family in our Ann St office. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an interest in people management and driving results  

  • Reporting to Operations Manager – Suzan Dzelo
  • Commencing ASAP – training and upskilling will be provided  
  • Based at Troode Street
  • Hybrid – 1 day WFH
  • Secondment, with view of permanency  
  • Excellent opportunity for 2IC’s

The Role: 

The Telstra Team Leader is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Telstra Team Members. The TL’s role is to motivate and engage each team member to achieve both Business and Client objectives for Campaign & Customer Experience. This is achieved through creating a positive team environment underpinned by TSA’s values, setting clear expectations and targets for their team, and providing continuous coaching and feedback to enhance each team members capability.  

Your team members will play an integral role in executing TSAs purpose, and will prosper under your effective management and leadership. 

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of TSAs brand and new activity. We’re looking for anyone who brings new ideas on how to best lead, and put these plans in action. 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Creating a positive team environment and culture that reflects TSA’s values 
  • Facilitating and implementing coaching actions and feedback to keep team members engaged and encouraged  
  • Analyses and management of all performance to ensure ongoing success  
  • Management of team members schedule adherence and productivity 
  • Creating an ongoing team culture that reflects the TSA Way
