Job Description

Under the guidance of a Human Resource Operations Business Partner the role of our Human Resource Coordinator is to work collaboratively with the Human Resource Operations (AU) team and stakeholders to provide business critical assistance, coordination and administration to support the delivery of human resources, employee relations and safety services across most of the employee life cycle for TSA Group in Australia. For your information, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for coordination and administrative support through the recruitment process and the initial onboarding stage.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in BPO or Shared Services. 
  • Can work under pressure and possess initiative and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible for ongoing work-related changes.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate job outcome.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Demonstrate organisational skills.
  • Passionate, focused and determined to succeed professionally.
  • Have a high level of energy and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to follow through is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS 2010 office suite.
  • Sound knowledge in Human Resource Management and its core functional areas
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously

Desirable:

  • University graduate of Human Resources Management and/or Business Management (or working towards a relevant tertiary qualification)
  • Sound knowledge of Australian human resources and industrial relations
  • Sound knowledge of Australian workplace safety and health management
  • Employee engagement experience
  • Experience with a HR Information System (HRIS) or Payroll system
