Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for you to put your sales skills to the test and have the ability to achieve potential earnings over $80,000 in your first year and over $160,000 in your second.

Being part of the team means: 

  • Unlimited earnings: Start on a $50,500 base, after 6 months move to 52k+ super, with uncapped commissions paid fortnightly and realistic sales targets, first year easily earning an OTE of $80k+. Our high performers are earning closer to $190k

What you'll do:

  • Answer inbound calls from small business owners where you will represent, promote and sell a wide range of Telstra products and services. 
  • Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle 
  • Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
  • Take ownership, withhold confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances 
  • Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, empathise, respect and enjoy general chit chat!
  • Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking skills (You will need to navigate multiple systems while on the phone)
  • Self motivated (Keen to push yourself to the next stage)
  • Open to learning new skills, implementing them and celebrating your wins 
  • Withhold resilience, and mechanisms to allow you to perform at your best 
  • You have a solution based mind-set, always ready to resolve a problem 
  • Have a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-up  
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday 5am - 4pm (7.6 hr shifts)
