Company Description

TSA have partnered with IAG Insurance to support everyday Aussies with their Property Insurance claims. We pride ourselves on providing positive and memorable customer experiences. Our business has been built from passionate customer service people, and we are continuing to grow and expand our team in Melbourne. 

This is an opportunity to assist vulnerable customers with their major property damage claims, that have been impacted by the weather events along the east coast of Australia. You will assist customers with damage claims related to flooding, fires and other natural disaters. 

Job Description

What you'll do: 

  • Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolution
  • Liaise with suppliers and repairers to validate, assess and repair property insurance claims
  • Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
  • Take ownership, show confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances 
  • Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required
