This is an exciting opportunity where you will lead strategic projects through the full project lifecycle, with the opportunity to work autonomously with senior leaders and executives across the business.

The Project Manager will be responsible for building the level of project management capability across the business and deliver step change improvements in how we operate. You will provide effective support and guidance to projects impacting multiple business functions, people, processes and technology. 

What will this role look like? 

  • Play a key role in managing and consulting on critical business projects
  • Work with senior internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
  • Identify areas of opportunity and find solutions 
  • Seek to continuously improve the delivery of projects and the TSA Project Delivery Framework
  • Coach, mentor, guide and support the team across TSA in effective project and work management practices
  • Implement positive change and be a role model for your colleagues
