Job Description

What will a normal day look like?

The Learning Administrator is accountable for the effective and seamless management of the following: TSA’s Learning Management System (LMS), Training Design learning materials repository, and other Training Design-related administrative tasks.

The role is to take care of LMS operational performance on a daily basis as well as to establish a connection between LMS vendor technical support and the Training Design Team. Essentially, a major responsibility is providing daily support to TSA employees as well as keeping the ongoing operations of TSA’s LMS stable.

This role usually deals with, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Defining user roles
  • Publishing and revising courses
  • Auditing learning materials
  • LMS maintenance including branding
  • Training Design organisation tasks
  • Maintaining live curriculums and learning materials

Qualifications

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Learning Administration
  • Leadership skills with demonstrated experience in collaborating
  • Previous experience in managing Learning Management Systems or anything similar
  • Demonstrated experience engaging stakeholders at various levels (internal and external)
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making ability - able to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
  • High standard of professionalism and integrity with high level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Diploma or higher education related to learning and/or instructional systems
  • Project tasks management experience
  • Openness and willingness to learning and continuous development
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Technology 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite                                          

Desirable

  • CSOD LMS expert
  • SharePoint expert
  • Intermediate or advanced in use of project management tools
