Job Description

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer cases and providing our customers with a premium experience. As part of Volkswagen Group Australia, you will support multiple brands including: Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Cupra. An exciting opportunity to make a difference in the everyday lives of Australians!  

Qualifications

An overview of the role;

  • Assist customers with a variety of queries ranging from warranty questions, general vehicle information, paint colour availability, complaint handling, and much more
  • Work between 8:00am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday (flexible working hours)
  • Fully Remote
  • 5 days fully paid training- in the comfort of your own home!
  • Permanent full-time role available
  • Ongoing training and internal progression pathways 

How you will do it?

  • Build authentic relationships with customers
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and digital communication pathways to resolve enquires and cases
  • Accurately record detailed customer interactions and process account information

  • Must have a fixed internet connect with appropriate home office set up
  • Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
