Who is HOOD?

HOOD provides a completely free service powered by AI to make moving home easy. They arrange movers and connect electricity, saving the customer time.

What will your day look like?

• Deliver a hassle free experience for customers by arranging their electricity, gas and/or water
• Maximise cross sell opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential and business clients
• Provide products and services information
• Shift time: Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 8pm (shifts are 7.6 hours per day)
