As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring, facilitating and overseeing the efficient functionality of multiple offices in WA. Reporting in to the Group Executive, Services Manager, you will liaise with key stakeholders, manage workplace relationships and establish a strong rapport with all TSA team members, contractors and visitors on site.

More about the role itself:

• You will be responsible for general secretarial and administrative duties – mail, managing phone calls, room bookings, office presentation and policies
• Manage visitor experience and ensuring all guests are welcomed into TSA
• Event management, from idea, design to delivery
• Create social content to keep all TSA employees up to date with events and updates
• Maintaining the presentation of the office environment, and escalating or rectifying any issues
• Support the induction of new team members, ensuring equipment is prepared for collection
• Control and maintain budgets for Reward and Recognition incentives
