Job Description

What will a normal day look like

You will be leading a team of Sales Support Officers within the Sales Support Department, which specializes in ensuring the accurate provisioning of sales and services. 

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of:

  • Management of team schedule and adherence
  • Coaching and developing your team of Sales Support Officers
  • Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring quality of work and compliance across all operational areas
  • Create a positive culture through team member motivation and engagement
  • Provide daily reporting

 About You

  • You can use creativity to develop and implement strategies to promote a strong team culture and high performance
  • Are very detail orientated and are confident with reporting systems
  • You are a self-motivated individual, resilient and hard-working
  • Have strong leadership skills and excellent people management
  • You thrive off self-development and feedback
  • You have worked in a contact centre management role (desirable)

Qualifications

  • Sound knowledge of internal and external systems
  • Proficiency in customer resolution
  • Intermediate MS Office skill set
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Telstra products and services
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
