You describe yourself as – someone who can talk to people from all walks of life and have a genuine desire to help people. No call centre experience needed.

What will a normal day look like?

You will answer inbound calls from Telstra customers and will build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions.You will also be required to:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide a positive customer experience
  • Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
  • Confidently handle customer enquires, utilise problem solving skills to provide value based solutions 

About you;

You can commit to full-time roster, 38 hrs per week: Monday - Saturday between the hours 7am - 7pm - No weekends!

This role is subject to a police clearance.
