What will your day look like?

As a customer retention specialist, you will answer inbound calls from existing Telstra customers. Utilising your customer service and problem solving skills, you will engage customers and build rapport to discover their lifestyle needs and provide expert advice on a variety of products

About you;

  • Ability to work full time: 38 hours a week on a rotating roster between 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Monday - Friday - no weekends!

This role is subject to a police clearance and background checks.

In response to mandated government guidelines, for all employees to be working in office, applicants must be fully vaccinated by day of commencement.
