What will you do?

  • Answering Inbound customer service calls  to support them through their enquiry 
  • Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone
  • Confidently handle technology faults, complaints and trouble-shooting 
  • Work towards achievable service targets and KPIs
  • Provide class leading customer experiences
  • Offer personalised value-based solutions that will WOW your customers

What do we need as a commitment from you?

  • Ability to work full time, 38 hours a week on a rotating roster between 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM Monday - Friday
  • Must have current Australian working rights
