Job Description

What will you bring to the team? 

We are looking for someone that will be answering Inbound calls from new and existing Telstra customers.  

You will represent, promote and sell a wide rand of products and services to our consumer customers. 

The ideal candidate can resolve complex customer queries, whilst offering value based solutions tailored to the customer's technical needs. 

You will be available to work 38 hours per week (7.6 hrs per day). With a rotating roster between Monday - Sunday, between the hours of 7:30am - 9:00pm.
