TSA is currently on the hunt for a Sales Professional to join our growing company. Work in a small, friendly and supportive team where you’ll work directly with some big brands and clients from the start. You will have a unique mix of being a strategic thinker along with being able to work closely with business partners to cultivate authentic and long-term relationships.

We are looking for candidates who are based in Toowoomba, or who can commit to servicing the Toowoomba area and are within easy commuting distances (such as Ipswich) and can commit to travelling to and from regularly. 

What will a normal day look like?

• Attend around 15 appointments per week delivering full service account management solutions
• Play an influential role in managing client retention; 90% of your portfolio are existing clients!
• Sell value-based marketing solutions that will optimise your clients’ business goals
• Function as a strategic advisor to clients, analyse and identify areas of improvement within the client’s current advertising traffic

• You get a buzz out of coming up with outstanding marketing strategies for your clients
• You love building genuine relationships and showing clients how we can add value to their business
• You can confidently convert new business deals and present campaign proposals
• You thrive in a KPI driven environment sourcing new business and achieving sales growth 
• You are tech savvy, have great communication skills and possess a high level of professionalism
• You have a vehicle and current Australian license
