Your Next Role

You will be leading a team of Customer Experience and Sales Agents. You will be supporting an inbound channel, which specialises in sales and service. You will be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of;

  • Analyse and manage all campaigns to ensure on-going success
  • Management of team schedule and adherence
  • Coaching and developing your team of Sales Agents
  • Working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring quality of work and compliance across all operational areas
  • Create a positive culture through team member motivation and engagement

About You;

  • You can use creativity to develop and implement strategies to promote a strong team culture and high performance
  • You are able to work on a flexible roster between 7:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday
  • Are very detail orientated and are confident with reporting systems
  • You are a self-motivated individual, resilient and hard-working
  • Have strong leadership skills and excellent people management
  • You thrive off self-development and feedback
  • You have worked in a contact centre management role (desirable)
