Qualifications

What will you do

This dynamic Team Leading Superstar will ideally have a background in Internet & Telecommunications together with demonstrated experience leading people. You’ll have a passion for compliance & sales, the ability, energy & drive to manage a Team of up to 15 nice friendly folk. This opportunity would be best suited for not only the experienced but also an amazing opportunity for those 2IC's looking to step up to having their own permanent team.

You will be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of;

  • Managing your team’s key metrics to target and ensure ongoing success of campaigns
  • Delivering best practice sales and service performance
  • Be an awesome person by having a positive team environment
  • Effectively handle escalated calls and investigate complex customer matters

You will need to have

  • The ability to work full time 38 hours a week on a rotating roster. You will work a 7.6 hour shift within our hours of operation being between 7:30 AM - 21:00 PM 
  • Generally on average you will be required to work 15-18 weekends a year.
