Job Description

Summary
The Learning and Sales Enablement Manager plays a key role on the Sales Enablement & Producer Development team, supporting the end‑to‑end sales learning experience for all producers. This role facilitates training on sales enablement tools/systems, supports delivery of Basecamp and other producer sales programs, and provides ongoing guidance to producers on processes, systems, and skill development. The Learning Experience Partner collaborates closely with producers, sales leaders, development product managers, and their fellow learning team members to ensure producers receive high‑quality training, timely support, and a consistent development experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Training Facilitation & Delivery

  • Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for new and existing producers, including sales process training and sales enablement tool training.
  • Support the execution and facilitation of Basecamp, including agenda delivery, breakout facilitation, coaching labs, and post‑event reinforcement activities.
  • Deliver ongoing training sessions to reinforce skills, tools, processes, and product knowledge.

Producer Support & Coaching

  • Provide ongoing service and training support to producers with questions related to sales processes, sales enablement tools, and workflow best practices.
  • Design and facilitate a coaching program to support new producers as they progress through the 365-producer onboarding experience. 
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for producers needing support with systems, training access, and development guidance.

Onboarding & Development Support

  • Support and implement the formal new producer 365 onboarding experience.
  • Conduct welcome sessions, onboarding check‑ins, and skill‑building sessions as part of new hire ramp‑up.
  • Ensure producers understand available learning paths and how to access training materials across Trucordia University, The Alliance platform, and WebCE.

Sales Enablement Tools Support

  • Facilitate training on sales enablement tools, templates, playbooks, scripts, and systems that producers rely on in their day-to-day workflows.
  • Provide field support and “office hours” to ensure adoption and correct usage of these tools.
  • Support incoming questions and learning requests around producer enablement tools and processes
  • Identify recurring tool‑use challenges and partner with the Director to create job aids, updated process guides, or additional training.

Content & Collaboration

  • Partner with you learning central team members to deploy training content, assist with course setup, and support eLearning implementation.
  • Work closely with other Sales Learning Team members to keep producer training consistent and aligned across platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining training materials, updating content, and supporting content governance processes.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track producer progress and participation across LMS systems and training platforms.
  • Collect feedback from training sessions (surveys, pulse checks, knowledge checks) to identify learning gaps.
  • Recommend improvements to learning programs, content, and delivery methods to enhance producer readiness and adoption.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience facilitating training for large groups (live and virtual).
  • 3+ years of experience in teaching new systems and technical training
  • 1+ years’ experience in the insurance industry as a licensed producer or have worked closely with producers.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with SMEs and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and training best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to travel to support Basecamp training, onboarding workshops, and field coaching.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with eLearning tools or instructional design software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Insurance designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, CPAI, TRA.
  • Learning/Training certifications such as CPLP, CPDT, APTD, or similar.
