Job Description
The Senior Manager, FP&A will manage financial consolidations including forecasts, month-end reporting, and ad-hoc leadership analysis. This position will also oversee developing solid cross-functional business partnerships, leading special projects, improving processes, financial modelling and implementing business intelligence tools.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and lead annual budget and long-range plan processes by partnering with business owners and finance leaders to create transparent and tactical plans to meet and exceed targets.
Collaborate with Sales and/or Corporate Leaders, HR, and Accounting to review sales compensation, streamline processes, and deliver regular performance insights through monthly reporting.
Leads monthly and quarterly close, reporting, and forecasting process developing in-depth analytics and value-added recommendations.
Effectively lead, navigate, and implement change management and new processes with focus on process standardization and value-added analytics.
Communicate analytical results verbally, in writing, and in presentation form to all levels of management.
Provide consultation and financial guidance to support decision-making to all levels of management and other staff.
Lead quarterly SOX processes across functions in a timely manner and in accordance with internal policy.
Provides financial modeling support for the Board of Directors deck materials.
May oversee royalty payment processes, ensuring payments are made on time, accurately and in compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Advanced degree preferred
A minimum of 7 years’ relevant financial analysis, financial consolidation, or FP&A experience is required
Medical device industry experience is preferred
1 + years supervisory/management experience required
