    Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 126 beds and is providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up).  Located in a quiet neighborhood, we are one of 3 medical centers on our street.  What makes us unique:

Job Description

What you will do in this role:  The Administrator is the one that engages the team, manages the operations/metrics and above all, sets the pace and culture of the center.  You will create a partnership with the clinical team, drive census and focus on employee retention.  This is a fast pace environment and you will have the support of a regional team as we strive for excellent patient care.

Qualifications

Administrator:  Officially we title this job a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), but in other centers it may be called an Executive Director.

What we need from you:

  • 3+ years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility  
  • Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
  • You understand ROI, QMs and know your buildings metrics inside and out.
