Job Description

  • Participate in project bidding and FEED stage, complete static equipment technical scheme design, equipment type selection, strength calculation and technical document compilation, including pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, filters and skid-mounted static equipment.

  • Develop equipment data sheets, technical specifications and procurement technical requirements, conduct technical bid evaluation, and carry out professional technical docking and confirmation with vendors.

  • Supervise factory manufacturing process, organize FAT inspection, verify equipment manufacturing quality, dimensional accuracy and technical compliance, and resolve factory technical deviations and non-conformities.

  • Provide full-process on-site technical support for equipment hoisting, installation, positioning, welding inspection and SAT commissioning, handle on-site technical problems, design changes and technical clarification work.

  • Coordinate with process, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation and construction teams, follow up client and third-party review opinions, and complete professional document sorting, delivery and archiving.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Process Equipment, Pressure Vessel and Safety Engineering or related majors.

  • Professional Skills: Familiar with API, ASME, GB, ISO and other international static equipment and pressure vessel standards; proficient in equipment selection, structural calculation and technical scheme optimization.

  • Experience: Fresh graduates are acceptable; candidates with 1+ years offshore EPC static equipment design, procurement supervision or site technical service experience are preferred.

  • Competence: Familiar with offshore static equipment manufacturing, installation and acceptance specifications; capable of independent technical analysis and problem-solving; good ability in English technical document reading, writing and communication.

  • Personal Traits: Rigorous and responsible working attitude, excellent cross-departmental coordination skills, able to adapt to project residency and business trips.
