Job Description

  • Participate in bidding and FEED stage work, complete technical scheme demonstration, equipment selection, parameter calculation and technical document compilation for offshore rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines and auxiliary systems.

  • Prepare equipment data sheets, technical specifications and purchase requisitions; conduct technical bid evaluation and technical docking with equipment vendors.

  • Follow factory fabrication, FAT inspection and production supervision, verify equipment performance and technical compliance, and solve factory technical deviations.

  • Provide on-site technical support for equipment installation, alignment, piping matching, commissioning and start-up; handle site technical problems, engineering changes and defect rectification.

  • Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and construction teams; follow up client and third-party review opinions and complete document delivery and archiving.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Fluid Machinery, Mechanical Engineering or related majors.

  • Professional Skills: Familiar with API, ASME, ISO and other international rotating equipment standards; master equipment selection calculation, parameter matching and system auxiliary principle.

  • Experience: Fresh graduates are acceptable; candidates with 1+ years offshore EPC rotating equipment design, procurement or commissioning experience are preferred.

  • Competence: Familiar with offshore equipment construction and commissioning procedures; capable of independent technical judgment and problem-solving; proficient in English technical document reading, writing and communication.

  • Personal Traits: Rigorous work attitude, good cross-team coordination skills, able to adapt to project residency and business trips.
