Job Description
As a Sales Operations & Onboarding Assistant at top.legal, you will support the Sales and Customer Success teams in optimizing sales processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced, collaborative SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of sales operations, including process documentation and workflow optimization.
Support the sales team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the hubspot CRM system.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve onboarding processes and client satisfaction.
Participate in the development and implementation of training materials for both internal teams and clients.
Gain proficiency in sales operations tools and practices, contributing to team discussions and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of sales operations principles and methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and grow within the sales operations field, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales-related tools is a plus.
