Job Description

As a Sales Operations & Onboarding Assistant at top.legal, you will support the Sales and Customer Success teams in optimizing sales processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced, collaborative SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and management of sales operations, including process documentation and workflow optimization.

  • Support the sales team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the hubspot CRM system.

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve onboarding processes and client satisfaction.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of training materials for both internal teams and clients.

  • Gain proficiency in sales operations tools and practices, contributing to team discussions and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
  • Basic understanding of sales operations principles and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the sales operations field, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales-related tools is a plus.
