We are currently looking for you as a head of engineering in Potsdam, Berlin or remotely to become part of our pioneering work. 

Our team is made-up by an experienced team of tech-enthusiasts as well as hacking geniuses, who have already successfully built several companies. Right now is an exciting time to join a team that is applying machine learning and cutting-edge microservices to further its development. 

As Product UX Designer (f/m/d) your goal is to help us make our developing product more intuitive and satisfying for the end user. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with design team members: you will work together with the designers throughout the entire process of design and iteration. This includes validating concepts and prototypes.

• Choosing a method and overseeing research: you will be working closely with the product team to identify research goals and a research strategy to create a well-crafted research plan with clear objectives.

• Analyzing data: in order to get a better understanding of the information architecture and user flow you will take all of the gathered data and analyze it.

• Discover action steps and insights to share with designers: you will work with the design team on how to best implement their findings in the continued development and improvement of the product.

Hard skills                                                                                                                

• Experienced with qualitative and user-centered design methodologies such as A/B testing, Focus groups, Usability testing, among others.

• Strong communicator, sharing the findings of usability tests, studies, quantitative and qualitative research, and user interviews with the developers working on the product.

• Proficient in English (verbal and written) as you will be part of a multicultural team.

• Attention to detail and proper time management skills.
