We are currently looking for you as a head of engineering in Potsdam, Berlin or remotely to become part of our pioneering work.

Job Description
As a Product Marketer your goal is to help us make our developing product more intuitive and satisfying for the end user. Your responsibilities will include:
Product positioning and messaging. This will include finding the true buyer persona, identifying the right market segment, establishing key metrics to ensure success, and creating a map of the customer journey.
Customer and marketing research. You will not only determine the requirements and defining features of the market target, but also conduct in-depth research of the competition.
Content marketing. By creating a strategy to attract, engage and retain customers you will be able to connect the customer needs to the product capabilities.
Managing product launches. To achieve success you will respond to the market conditions and customer expectations by bringing this new B2B product to the market in a creative way.
Reporting on product marketing success. You will inform your team of matters such as number of active users, win rates, customer satisfaction, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs), etc.

Strong communicator, by sharing with the rest of the team the findings of your market and persona research, and the daily reports of product marketing success.
