We are currently looking for you as a senior UX designer remotely to become part of our pioneering work. 

Our team is made-up by an experienced team of tech-enthusiasts as well as hacking geniuses, who have already successfully built several companies. Right now is an exciting time to join a team that is applying machine learning and cutting-edge microservices to further its development. 

Job Description

As UX and Interface (f/m/d) you have strong experience to turn feature requirements into useful and intuitive designs for digital products that provide a great experience to your users.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Establish design patterns and systems according to our brand identity and guide the discussion about it with the UX and frontend team.

  • Drive a state-of-the-art remote UX process ranging from user research / design thinking to wireframing, hypothesis-testing to developer handoff.

  • Collaborate with both with our customers, head of product and engineers to test, build and deliver a delightful user experience for our B2B customers.

  • Drive designs in the marketing team

Qualifications

  1. You want to have customer impact. Must have experience working with B2B products.
  2. You excel how to work remotely (proactive, reliable through commitment, driven by empathy, be fun and stay human).
  3. You have a strong track-record of using Figma at scale (components, prototypes, ... animations a plus).

  4. You are a builder with empathy, a creative problem solving mindset and very strong curiosity to learn, especially a willingness to understand the customer’s problems. You work from the customer backwards.

  5. You feel comfortable being part of and leading a team of A-Players and are able to captivate people with your excellent communication skills.

  6. As part of a multicultural team and with an international client base, you should be proficient in English (verbal and written). 

  7. You are highly motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment. You have the drive to continuously improve and develop yourself (growth mindset), bring your growth hacking skills as well as marketing processes at hand.
