We are currently looking for you as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Munich to become part of our sales team and help us develop our top-of-funnel sales pipeline.

Stellenbeschreibung

As Sales Development Representative (f/m/d) you play an instrumental role in building a strong pipeline and thus enabling our sales team to deliver on our ambitious growth targets. Your responsibility will be to:

  • independently infer potential markets and client groups for our legal tech software through a variety of prospecting opportunities to ensure the growth of our customer portfolio

  • research company leads that match our ideal customer profile (ICP’s)

  • set up and conduct interviews with interested parties to systematically identify their problems and qualify them

  • support our sales managers in maturing leads and the overall customer pipeline

  • strategize our go-to-market strategy and constantly find new ways to drive top.legal’s business forward

  • help our customers to achieve their success through your daily business

  • act as the first contact person and the business card of top.legal

Qualifikationen

  • You are a builder with a strong problem solving mindset and very strong curiosity to learn, especially a willingness to understand the customer’s perspective. You are highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • You feel comfortable in customer meetings and are able to captivate people with your excellent communication skills.

  • You have an analytical mindset and have the drive to continuously improve and develop yourself, your sales skills as well as sales processes at hand.

  • Ideally, you already have 1+ years of experience in researching new prospects and selling SaaS software applications in a customer facing role.

  • Prior experience in using HubSpot or other CRM systems and running sales pipelines are a plus.

  • As part of a multicultural team and with an international client base, you should be proficient in German and English (verbal and written).
