Job Description

The Mission Support Specialist will provide administrative support and non-substantive aspects of new case intake and entry into case management systems. You will schedule and gather case disposition input forms, building electronic case files, and forwarding for attorney action. This role will entail communicating in person, by phone, and over email, with legal and nonlegal professionals and law enforcement officials, as well as victims of crime. The position will also perform other various duties related to support and routine administrative support for covered offense case processing within the respective region.

  • Reports generation and case management
  • Drafting and quality checking correspondence

Qualifications

  • Due to the requirement, U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Active Secret Clearance is required
  • BA is preferred but not required. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • 5-7 years’ experience as a legal clerk in a government or private sector law office.
  • Must have experience operating at a high degree of self-sufficiency and independence and have excellent English language skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the military justice system is desired but not required.
