This role assists with managing the technical assistance and training logistics for a SAMSHA based program in the areas of mental health and substance abuse. This role will aid leadership and project management in the areas of travel, training, customer coordination, and strong project management for all training and technical assistance programs. This role is responsible for assisting daily operational processes to ensure projects are on track, deliver on expectations, and meet deadlines.

•  Assist the Senior Logistics Coordinator to communicate and develop schedules with the Project Director & Program Manager to develop logistics process for managing appointments and technical trainings.
• Help in managing travel logistics and calendars for national, state, and local trainings and workshops.
• Aid in managing and developing a process for outreach services and online media.
• Help manage and direct intake process for projects and prioritize tasks and projects according to business needs and turnaround times.
• Assist with coordinating and working with internal stakeholders on processing technical and training assistance campaigns, obtaining training materials, and scheduling multiple projects.
• Collaborate across teams to meet customer goals by recommending new campaigns.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for training or operations-related issues.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability work in a multi-cultural and diverse environment.
