Job Description

Immediate opening for an experienced proposal/cost analyst to support proposal efforts and lead a team of analysts.  In this position, you will assist in structuring coordinating and ensuring compliance in the preparation and issuance of solicitations (RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's, etc).  This position has significant growth potential, and could include responsibilities such as opportunity identification/tracking, program shaping, and contract tracking.  

  • In-depth assessment and review of supplier proposal adequacy conditions to FAR 15.408 Table 15-2; Proposal Adequacy Checklist; or other Solicitation requirements;
  • Analysis of supplier quotations/proposals to perform price/cost analysis techniques and understand elements of cost;
  • Lead fact-finding meetings with suppliers, and coordination of assist audits, if required;
  • Development of documentation supporting recommended fair and reasonable positions on supplier proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in finance/accounting/mathematics/business.
  • 5 Years of combined experience in Supply Chain/Pricing/Business, with at least 3 years of direct Supply Chain experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications. Intermediate to advanced Excel/MS Office skills required.
  • Must be an excellent communicator with a sharp attention to detail to lead, coordinate, and collaborate with external suppliers and subcontractors, other company leaders and professionals from various disciplines

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with federal or Department of Defense procurements.
