Job Description

Toomey Technologies has an immediate opening for a Program/Budget Analyst . The qualified candidate will be responsible for program support to facilitate the operations of teams utilizing Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software to collect, maintain and query data related to the operations of the program.

  • Assist with project planning, performance measurement and status reporting.
  • Collect data and perform analysis to determine performance measurement and prepare appropriate reporting.
  • Assist with the review of GOTS systems designed to monitor activities of the program.
  • Develop data collection specifications, data processing requirements, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate, produce, and provide office with specialized reporting on a weekly and as needed basis.
  • Prepare written products in response to requests from internal and external clients.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field. An additional two years of experience may be substituted for education requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience in the development and monitoring of policies and procedures designed to provide management control over a large scale support services function.
