Job Description

Senior Manager Business Operation Support - EMEA will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing business processes across the EMEA region, acting as an internal consultant providing expert guidance on optimization and efficiency

This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement by analysing existing processes, identifying areas for optimization, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with both organizational goals, regional and local regulations.

A key aspect of this position will be the training and leadership of teams in emerging markets, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary expertise to successfully implement new processes and improvements. Additionally, the role may involve scaling an internal team dedicated to business process optimization, supporting the company's long-term growth initiatives.

The role will be most suitable for a strategic thinker with expertise in change management, strong analytical abilities, and project management skills. It is important that they have a positive mentality about environmental outcomes, being driven by the optimisation of environmental resources.​

Key Tasks

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes
  • Manage process improvement projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business processes
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business process performance
  • Train and lead teams in new markets, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Act as an internal consultant, providing expert advice on business processes
  • Potentially scale up an internal team to support business process optimization efforts.
  • Effectively and professionally manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
