Job Description

Location: NY, NJ (Requires travel to client locations in New York, North Carolina, and Michigan)

Account Management & Growth (Existing Logos)

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with delivery and account teams to ensure high client satisfaction and successful engagement delivery.
  • Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling of services and solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.

General Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Partner with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery capabilities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

 

    Qualifications

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 7-15 years of proven experience within IT consulting, professional services.
    • Demonstrated success in both growing existing accounts.
    • Strong understanding of IT service models, consulting practices, and project-based engagements.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage and engage with senior-level executives (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).
    • Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Knowledge of IT technologies such as Application Development, Automation, AWS Cloud and Data & Analytics (data bricks)
