Role: Salesforce Tester (Manual & Automation)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tester with strong experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and preferably have automation expertise using ACCELQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, preferably using ACCELQ
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements
• Validate integrations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects
• Perform functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Salesforce testing (Manual & Automation)
• Hands-on experience with ACCELQ (preferred) or similar automation tools
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, flows, validation rules, and security
• Experience with API testing and data validation
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Tester or Salesforce Admin certification
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems
• Exposure to cloud-based testing environments

Experience:

• 3+ years of overall testing experience with Salesforce-focused projects
