Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team as Technical Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start a career in recruitment, learn end-to-end hiring processes, and work closely with technology teams to support IT staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements for IT and technical roles through training and guidance

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments

  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback

  • Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities

  • Learn and follow recruitment best practices and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, HR, Management preferred)

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Basic understanding of IT roles or willingness to learn technical concepts

  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Nice to Have:

  • Internship or academic exposure to recruitment or HR

  • Familiarity with job portals or LinkedIn (training will be provided)

  • Interest in IT staffing and talent acquisition
