Role of a Recruiter
Recruiting is easy to explain. The Gopher document explains the role of a recruiter brilliantly as follows:
- Find a client with an open position and then find a person who is qualified to fill the position;
- Get him/her to meet the client;
- Convince the applicant and the client that this hire is good for both of them and;
- Collect a fee.
In summary, recruiting is often a lot of hard work. Loads of calls and follow ups. And most of the times, you have to be available on call at a time that is convenient for your client or your candidate. For those of you who are outcome oriented, this is an amazing role. Recruiters need to know more to be effective, hence, they are often forced to learn something about everything. Reports to: Team Leader of the team in which the RSE is deputed.

Qualifications
- Should speak English and the local language.If they are conversant in Hindi and an additional vernacular language, nothing like that.
- Should be a Graduate
- Proficiency in emails and worksheets will be an advantage

Required experience:
Recruiting, BPO, Hospitality, Concept Selling: 1 year
