As our Lead Insight Analyst (m/f/x), you’ll turn data into actionable insights that shape commercial decisions across Tipico. You’ll identify trends, opportunities and risks, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations that help stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help identify where data can drive improvements and support better commercial outcomes. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of our analytics capabilities, sharing your expertise and helping raise the standard of insight across the organisation. 

Your playing field:

• You lead deep-dive analysis across market, customer and operational data, transforming complexity into actionable insights that move commercial performance forward. 

• You own the development of advanced performance dashboards that give decision-makers a clearer view of what comes next. 

• You translate complex datasets into compelling commercial stories and recommendations that help senior stakeholders make confident, data-informed decisions. 

• You drive initiatives to refine pricing, channels and promotional effectiveness. 

• You partner closely with your dedicated business area while connecting perspectives across functions to strengthen strategic decision-making. 

• You mentor  and upskill junior analysts, ensuring best practices in research and analysis 

• You challenge existing processes and introduce smarter, more efficient approaches that increase the quality and impact of our insights.  

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

• Analytics. You bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytical role, ideally within an iGaming Sportsbook environment. 

• Education. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a comparable quantitative field. 

• Data Visualisation. You have experience using Tableau and/or Power BI to build dashboards. 

• SQL & Excel. You have advanced skills in both and can confidently work with complex datasets to uncover actionable insights. 

• Data concepts. You understand data and data warehouse concepts and can apply that knowledge effectively in your analysis. 

• Business cases. You understand how to build and evaluate business cases to support sound commercial decisions. 

• Communication. You can transform detailed findings into clear, concise presentations and recommendations for different stakeholders. 

• Organisation. You plan effectively, pay close attention to detail and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work. 

• English. You communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
