Our client is a pioneer in diagnostic imaging and information systems for healthcare facilities. They are currently seeking a Regional Business Development Manager, based in Singapore.

Job Description

JOB SCOPE :

1) Based on the analysis of market, problem and opportunities, take responsibility of overall sales and marketing and channel management.

2) Control business as consolidated basis, showing initiative to group local subsidiary for Asia Pacific and distributors.

3) Create new business opportunity

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Analyzing the market trend by category & advice to each subsidiary about the action to take.

(2) To achieve goals and targets of the products and to explore new market opportunities.

(3) Supporting subsidiaries & distributors to achieve monthly target & Yearly target

(4) Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

(5) Create & implement the regional promotion by involving other parties.

(6) Research on the competitors products by evaluating characteristics, pricing.

(7) Prepare & implement sales & product training to subsidiaries & distributors.

(8) Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

(9) Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

(10) Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

(11) Requests to HQ for the support & information if required.

(12) Study and make Sales Plan, P/L statement as consolidated basis and non-consolidated bases

& supervise them every month.

(13) Control account receivable and inventory to maximize cash flow.

(14) Weekly report and Monthly report submission to business head

(15) Channel Management (Assign distributor and Terminate distributor) smoothly

(16) Maintains long-term client relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Experience 10+ years working in the similar capacity, preferably in endoscopy products
  • Experience 3+years in team management 
  • Business management skill, strategy building force
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Enterprising, highly self driven
  • Able to travel
  • Able to start immediately
