Regional Service Desk, Executive (Japan Desk)

Headquartered in Japan, they are looking for a Japanese Speaking Service Desk to be based in Singapore.

Job Description
- Provide full cycle and development of service delivery
- Develop strong relationships with clients
- Ensure quality services are provided
- Ensure crucial maintenance division adhere to the Technical Support Structure
- Monitoring to ensure all contracts service level requirements are closely adhere to
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years helpdesk/service desk, call center experience
- ITIL Certification/MCSE & CCNA qualification will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous to liaise with customers
- Candidate with Non-Japanese speaking can be considered
Able to start work within short notice
