Regional Service Desk, Executive (Japan Desk)

Headquartered in Japan, they are looking for a Japanese Speaking Service Desk to be based in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Provide full cycle and development of service delivery
  • Develop strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure quality services are provided
  • Ensure crucial maintenance division adhere to the Technical Support Structure
  • Monitoring to ensure all contracts service level requirements are closely adhere to
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years helpdesk/service desk, call center experience
  • ITIL Certification/MCSE & CCNA qualification will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous to liaise with customers
  • Candidate with Non-Japanese speaking can be considered
  • Able to start work within short notice
