Job Description – (You will report directly to the Managing Director)
- Build and manage a portfolio of company clients
- Hunt for new clients and open the door to new opportunities
- Grow sales with existing clients
- Grow the company and promote the brand alongside the company founders.
- Present our services both over the phone and visit potential customers for new business face to face.
- Support in the negotiation of new agreements and help close sales
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on our market trends
- Represent Timeo-Performance at trade exhibitions, events and networking sessions
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Record sales and prepare reports for the Management
- Review your own sales performance
- Initiate contact with target individuals to discover current needs, introduce value proposition and qualify opportunity before passing to sales team
- Assist with general sales administration tasks
Qualifications
- A confident, ambitious and driven person.
- A proven track record in a sales preferably within the service industry (recruitment consultants will be considered).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
