We are looking for a marketing professional with strong communication and content creation skills to join the Tieto Banktech’s international marketing team in Riga as Marketing Manager.
Tieto Banktech powers trusted banking systems in the Nordics and globally. We offer modular Banking-as-a-Service platforms and market-leading software for core banking, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud prevention, and wealth. With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we help financial institutions increase agility, improve efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.
In this role, you will build awareness, consideration, and engagement in selected markets and business segments. You will develop clear and compelling marketing content, run integrated campaigns, support thought leadership, and ensure our messaging is relevant, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.
About the role
As Marketing Manager, you will plan, develop, and execute marketing activities that support Tieto Banktech’s go-to-market priorities and international growth.
You will work closely with sales teams, product experts, communications colleagues, business stakeholders, and the wider marketing team to create impactful campaigns and content across channels. Your focus will be on turning complex technology, banking, and fintech topics into clear messages that support awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
You will combine strategic marketing thinking with hands-on execution. This includes developing campaign concepts, creating and editing content, managing event-related marketing activities, coordinating stakeholders, and measuring the impact of marketing initiatives.
The role is well suited for a marketer with experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or marketing communications, preferably from technology, fintech, financial services, or another complex solution environment.
What you will do:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in line with go-to-market priorities
Contribute to go-to-market plans, campaign concepts, and messaging frameworks
Translate complex banking and technology topics into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant messaging to identified customer profiles
Work closely with sales, product, business, communications, and marketing stakeholders
Drive input and copy for marketing content for web, social media, email, events, sales collateral, presentations, and thought leadership
Support campaign activation before, during, and after events
Follow market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to improve campaign relevance
Track campaign and event performance and use data to improve future activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaign planning, content marketing, or marketing communications
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Experience creating marketing content for multiple channels, such as web, social media, email, events, sales collateral, presentations, and thought leadership
Understanding of digital marketing, including organic and paid channels
Experience with event marketing and campaign activation
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in an international environment
Interest in technology, fintech, banking, or financial services
Strong project ownership skills and ability to manage several activities in parallel
Analytical mindset and ability to use campaign data to improve performance
Experience contributing to go-to-market plans
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Experience from technology, software, fintech, banking, or financial services is an advantage
