Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level detail-oriented and organized Sales & Client Service Administrator to help our growing Sales and CS teams run as smoothly as possible. This position will report directly to the President of Marketing and be responsible for a variety of analytical projects and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who is excited to contribute to the success of the Sales and CS teams of a fast-paced and energetic organization.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


Sales & Client Support


· Assist the President of Marketing with analysis of sales and inquiries

· Answer and redirect inbound inquiries

· Report commissions

· Update and maintain key client and prospect opportunities

· Distribute portfolios of clients

Assist with monthly reporting

Salesforce Administration and programming for CS
