Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Analyst with 2-5 years experience who has demonstrable FP&A success. Some experience in the healthcare sector is preferred. With your skill-set, you will help strengthen our organization through keen insights and analyses. This will be achieved by preparing financial and operational models and delivering synopsis of investment rationale in presentations for key corporate stakeholders. You will also be modeling M&A transactions to inform deal structure and negotiable terms while measuring impact on financial forecasts and corporate strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative disciplines (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration), or related field. (MBA or Masters preferred; CFA a plus.)

• Candidate will have 2-5 years’ work experience in corporate development, private equity or investment banking, with a focus in healthcare services

• Demonstrable experience managing FP&A and due diligence work-streams and working with large revenue and cost data sets; transaction/DCF modeling experience decided advantage.

• Knowledge and applied experience in financial analytics and accounting standards.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel; including pivot tables, linked spreadsheets/DBs, lookup formulas, VBA, scenario & sensitivity analysis; proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

• Key traits – quantitative analysis skills, critical thinking skills, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, leadership, self-starter/results oriented, deep interest in improving healthcare delivery system, collaborative and strong communication skills.

Additional Information

Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 / Commensurate with experience. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Excellent benefits and other incentives provided.
