As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for clinical as well as fiscal responsibility for the operations by actively overseeing clinical services, capital planning, materials management, clinical personnel management, staff education and central sterile processing. You will also assist in ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, provide leadership and direction for clinical as well as non-clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse license

• Five years of professional perioperative nursing experience

• Minimum of 2 years current pertinent supervisory experience

• Knowledge of current CMS and NYSDOH requirements for freestanding ASC’s

• Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (or within 3 months)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, developing and directing the day to day functions of the Ambulatory Surgery Center

• Ability to process patient and public inquiries gracefully and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year
