Job Description

Senior Brand Manager - We are seeking a data-savvy senior marketing leader with an appetite for building world-class personal care brands.  Showcase your broad range of product, digital, and trade marketing expertise as you develop and execute strategic plans and tactical initiatives to grow an extraordinary branded personal care portfolio.


Qualifications

Senior Brand Manager:


  • Deliver innovative marketing solutions that drive consumer behavior and improve our category share
  • Continuously monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product development efforts
  • Own the brand standards and messaging for each brand
  • Lead the development of the annual plan through rigorous analysis of business performance and the development of key insights and recommendations for the business
  • Effectively manage external agencies to deliver projects and campaigns on time and on budget
  • Develop and deliver insightful strategies and presentations to the executive committee and business departments where appropriate

Digital Marketing

  • Lead our digital marketing across social media, display advertising, search engine marketing, digital flyer platforms and other emerging digital channels
  • Create exciting digital and social activations that drive qualified traffic to all digital properties and retail partners
  • Establish effective benchmarks for measurement of digital marketing performance with KPIs and ROI. Define best practices for analytics and ensure consistent, ongoing benchmarking and analysis of performance including making data-driven recommendations to improve future success.
  • Leverage social media channels to build brand voice and user community
  • Respond to customer feedback received through social media and moderate each brand’s online presence
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of each brand’s  website

 Trade Marketing

  • Manage our presence at key industry tradeshows
  • Develop planograms and in-store merchandising programs
  • Engage with sales team and coordinate with retail partners to ensure consistent and up-to-date product information

Qualifications


Experience/ Education:
 5+

years of marketing experience in B2C environments with digital

marketing and product marketing absolutely necessary. CPG experience is

highly preferred. 3+ years’ hands-on experience building and managing

digital marketing teams. Experience working with sales teams to develop

marketing tools, programs and campaigns to drive increased sales

essential; field sales experience an asset. MBA preferred; BA in

Marketing or related business discipline required.


Technical Skills: Well-developed data analytical skills with polished presentation style. Knowledge and/or experience with SEO/SMO, influencer campaigns, planograms, in-store merchandising and management of retailer relationships are all strongly preferred.
