Job Description - The Human Resources Manager will be a strategic partner, helping to set and implement business initiatives working with all levels of the corporate team. S/he will be an employee sponsor or advocate and a change mentor. This individual will be a functional expert, change agent, and business leader.
The HR manager will work together with corporate and local resources with responsibility for all of the functions that deal with the needs and activities of the organization's people including these areas of responsibility.

The HR manger will think like a business person, know finance and accounting, and be accountable and responsible for cost reductions and the measurement of all HR programs and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree HR Management, Business or related discipline
- Five to seven years related experience.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Consumer Packaged Goods experience or related field.
