•           Work with recruiters to generate new sourcing strategies

•           Grow our database

•           Assist recruiters with phone screenings and resumes

•           Attract candidates to participate in our recruiting process

•           Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and formalize needs and actively engage with candidates.

•           1 year of experience as a sourcer or working in Talent Acquisition

•           Advanced English

•           Experience posting job descriptions in multiple job boards

•           Proficiency in LinkedIn, and/or other recruiting and sourcing tools

•           Experience with Boolean search

•           Goal-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced start-up environment.

•           Ability to balance expertise with creativity and innovation when it comes to improving our process, practices and recruiting brand.

•           Experience and fluency to conduct phone screens and calibrate against job descriptions.
