Looking for a Senior Broadband and Digital Equity Data Analyst to serves as the District’s clearinghouse for all broadband and digital equity data-related issues.

Skill Requirements:
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in-writing. A writing sample may be required.
• Ability to conduct independent research on complex issues involving policy, economic, financial or technical matters.
• Expert statistical analysis skills.
• Expert GIS skills and 5+ years working with Esri tools (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro etc).
• Deep experience with Business Intelligence and Statistical Modeling tools.
• Expertise in at least one statistical programming language (R, Python, Stata, SAS, or similar)
• Ability to write clear and concise reports or other materials appropriate for various audiences.
• Ability to meet applicable deadlines.
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)

• 6+ years as SME in Broadband and Digital Equity Data Analysis – Required,
• 6-10 years as SME in complex enterprise-level projects – Required
• Bachelor of Science degree in geography, engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil), or other technical field – Required
• Master’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience – Desired
• Expert GIS skills and 5+ years working with Esri tools (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, etc.) – Required
